Job description
GENERAL SUMMARY
Complete responsibility for directing, training, supervising, planning, coordinating, all areas within the Brand Culinary Department including any projects requested by the management team of ensuring a quality product and secure profit margins while always maintaining the corporate image of the company.
Can develop and produce Menu and implements it accordingly.
Minimum of 23 years as Sous Chef in an Italian Cuisine in UAE.
Quality Standards
• Ensure consistency and highest quality in the taste, presentation and appropriate food temperature for food served in Brand kitchens.
• Ensure the quality and cleanliness of all food displays to the standards of the Company.
